Data Deletion Request
In compliance with GDPR and Facebook Platform rules, users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data.
How to Request Deletion
If you have registered on our site or provided personal information (such as comments or friend access details) and wish to have it removed, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to photo@elementalexposure.com.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- In the body of the email, please include your registered email address or the name used for your comments/access.
Processing Time
We will process your request within 30 days. Upon completion, all data associated with your identity (including comments, access codes, and account details) will be permanently deleted from our database. We will send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
